Université Savoie Mont Blanc is recruiting a Research Assistant for the PrimeFish Project.

• Duration: 1 year renewable
• Job description:

  • Academic literature reviews work, implementation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research with consumers in several European countries,

  • Assistance to the achievement of deliverables of Work Package 4 (Markets and Consumers)   including a report concerning the attempts to stimulate fish consumption and a manuscript for a scientific journal on fish consumption behaviors,

  • Communication with key project partners especially the general coordinator (Matis OHF Iceland), services of the Université de Savoie (Dred), other major partners of Work Package 4 (INRA, University of Iceland, University of Parma and Kontali),

  • Work in close relationship with the leaders of the other Work Packages of the project,

  • Participation in work meetings, including trips to different countries in Europe for the project,

  • Other administrative tasks.

• Required qualities and competences:
  • Good ability to work on scientific papers
  • Good mastery of management and data analysis tools
  • Good knowledge of the English language and the French language
  • Method and organization
  • Work experience in international programs
  • Good interpersonal and team-working skills

Level of studies:

• Master in economics, management or social sciences.

  • Contract:
    CDD (limited working contract) 1 year (renewable). Planned monthly gross salary:  2 074.37 euros- Based in Annecy-le-Vieux (Haute-Savoie - France) with trips to European countries.
