Holding a BA Hons (Major: English) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology Management I currently have over 16 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Management and Change Management working on a variety of projects in different industries throughout Australia, the UK and Spain. I have worked in companies including Syntesa, Vendo, IBM, Hutchison 3G and EDS and have been involved in a variety of organizational process optimization implementations including the implementation of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Six Sigma. 

I have experience working in innovative Lean Startup environments with modern and agile process management tools using an iterative approach and stakeholder feedback loops. I have worked as a Scrum Master and involved with the scrum process for over 5 years, managing complex processes like quality assurance and software development in distributed teams. I am an avid supporter and implementer of tools to optimize working processes with the aim to improve organization efficiency and productivity.

I have strong communication and soft management skills which I utilize to provide a flexible conduit for open and affective communication within a team to enable the smooth implementation of process change or optimization to ensure that a team can efficiently achieve their full productive potential.
I have four years experience working on PCI DSS audits as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where I had to conduct Risk Assessment and author Risk Assessment Reports.

I have concise and accurate writing skills which were developed during the completion of my honors degree in literature and IT Management. I have used these skills to successfully compose articles, newsletters, PCI company-wide policies, Quality Assurance and Process Optimization documentation.
